The Founders of Halo
Hey Angels! Nicole and Kate here, the Co-Founders of Halo Virtual Coordinators.
Firstly, thank you so much for being here and for showing an interest in our services. We are two Melbournian gals, born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We have been friends for over 15 years, while also working closely together to manage a successful and profitable skin clinic.
During this time, we have had the pleasure of working with incredible clients, other industry professionals and like minded business owners over the past 10 years, learning and growing with them.
Contributing to this community is more than just a job to us, it is our passion, and it brings us great joy to watch our industry grow and thrive.

We know first hand how hard the last few years have been on this industry...let's be real, it's been heartbreaking.
We are very aware of the ongoing hardships our industry faces as a result of previous years, and we acknowledge this as we hope to support our community to collectively recover from these difficult times.
We developed Halo VC so that we could help fellow owners reclaim their businesses and get back to doing what they love and strive for - a successful, profitable business that sparks joy and is purposeful in all of it's endeavours.
The 'Virtual Angels' at Halo VC are here to help maximise the growth of your business. Our journey together begins with a comprehensive onboarding session, where we deep dive into your business - to the point where we are practically living and breathing it! Collaboratively, we create a seamless and customer focussed client journey. We become the eyes and ears of your business and help to pinpoint the areas that require more attention. This will allow you to focus on the heart of the business, the magic that happens from within your four walls, leaving the behind the scenes (yet equally important) details to us.
We know the community, the market, the target audience and the industry. We operate during Melbourne Eastern Standard Time (EST), from our home offices across Melbourne and wider Victoria.

With each angel bringing their unique blend of expertise, we've curated a powerhouse of industry-specific professionals committed to redefining how clinics and salons operate virtually.
Nicole
Nicole has been in the industry for over 15 years - owning and operating her own clinic. She thrives off business opportunities and operations as well as team training and development and is a self confessed skin nerd!
Kate
After 20 years prior experience managing a wide variety of businesses across both hospitality and aesthetics industries, Kate has a passion for client care, customer service and the overall client journey.
Justine
With a background in aesthetic and beauty education, Justine has been apart of this industry for many years and loves getting into her creative genius to help your business grow and thrive.
Rochelle
Rochelle shares a love for the aesthetics industry and has a vast range of experience and, as a business owner herself, she enjoys finding ways to help your business run more efficiently and smoothly.
Zahn
With a background in beauty, Zahn worked in the industry for many years before discovering her love of teaching. She is a self-confessed organisational freak and loves checking things off a to-do list.
Emily
Emily works behind the scenes and has been involved both physically and virtually with clinic for a number of years providing her with experience across all things skin, customer service and content creation.
